Group Circuit Classes

No two classes are the same.  Classes are consistently changing.

Our circuit exercises maintain a variety of strength, cardio and abdominal exercises which teach you  new conditioning techniques and skills.

 

Our fun and motivating environment welcomes everyone of all ages and fitness levels. Our classes allow you to exercise to your best abilities at your own pace, and go harder as you progress. 

30 MINUTE HIIT WORKOUT

This class is best for those that are just starting out or battling injuries or want to go at a slower pace.  

Each class will work on low impact cardio, strength, core stability and mobility.
